About Us
Updated 9/2/07

The Old Capitol Quilters Guild is a volunteer organization.  We could not exist without the work of our membership.

We are associated with the National Quilters Association, Chapter #IA603

Although many members volunteer throughout the year, the members of our Board serve for at least one year and help focus the efforts of our membership.

Please let us know if you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or praise you would like to share regarding the Old Capitol Quilters Guild.  Your feedback is welcome and appreciated!

Our guild by-laws are available for you to read.

Monthly Meetings
Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. the second Monday of each month, September through July.  Our meeting location is Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2301 East Court Street, Iowa City (corner of 1st Ave. and Court Street).  A map to our meeting location is available here.

Programs at our monthly meetings vary from local and national speakers, to hands on projects and workshops focusing on varied skill levels.  Our meetings also include a show and tell session and guild library.
