Welcome to your new e-mail!
Hello Board members and welcome to your new e-mail
accounts.
I currently have your e-mail account set-up to be available
through the web at www.mail2web.com. Having web-based
e-mail works well because you can access it from any
computer that has an internet connection. The only
drawback is the possibility that you can lose saved
messages because they are never saved to your computer
hard-drive. If you have a message that you don't want to
risk losing, forward it to your personal e-mail address.
If you would like to have this sent directly to your
Outlook e-mail or other personal e-mail account, please let
me know and I can work with you to redirect the generic
e-mail account.
It is important that we give out our generic account
addresses instead of our personal e-mail addresses in the
course of conducting guild business. My hope is that these
generic accounts will make it easier for each incoming
Board to receive the correct mail. In the past, specific
people have received e-mail for a position they have not
held in years.
Please let me know if you have any problems with your
account or if you have any questions.
